The Green Place
A managed Ward at Wasteland Weekend focused on Vuvalini, Bedouin, and nomadic aesthetic
Tribes
The following are our returning tribes. More to hopefully be added as applications are accepted!
Boneyard Buzzards/CANukes
The Boneyard Buzzards and CANukes are a faction of scavengers based in the ruins of Los Angeles (the Boneyard) known most notably for their high-quality Chems.

Clan of the Boltcutters
The Clan of the Boltcutters is based around a collective idea of what happens at the Citadel after the end of Mad Max: Fury Road. It is a blending of cultures, with strong Vuvalini influences, as well as bits of war boy culture, and a few other things mixed in. It is a softer version of the Citadel, where knowledge is shared, green is spread, and people are not things. The Farlanders
The Farlanders are a nomadic tribe hailing from the points far east of the wasteland. Led by the warlord Bridger Farlander, they are a deadly mix of talents controlling Montesorri’s fuel depot in the heart of Farlander Territory.

The Lost Toys
The Detroit-based Lost Toys formed around the remnants of a traveling circus that was caught in an unfortunate crossfire out in the wastes. The survivors scattered; a few found each other, scrounged together a caravan and have been searching for their lost friends and comrades. Along they way, they've picked up other performers, scavengers and hangers-on, because there's safety in numbers, out in the dead lands. The Toys are adept scavengers, repurposers, traders and nomads (with a few dancers, musicians, acrobats and actors hiding in the ranks as well), and will not hesitate to help out a person in need. They'd rather entertain than fight, but when circumstances call for violence or ugliness, are not afraid to rise to the challenge in unique and unexpected ways.
Ragweavers
Hailing from their river-city of Capital, the Ragweavers are collectors and repurposers of found goods, particularly fiber goods. Their ancestors fled to the river after the world ended and were stranded there, where they began trawling for resources and building a city.

Scam Bandits
Scam Bandits are a small and tight-knit crew of lovable rogues who came together after years of wandering lost to form a family of sorts. Eager to find community and provide for those who tend to give rather than just take from the world, the Scam Bandits provide shelter, liquid provisions, and found family to those who are like them: clever, kind, and fiercely loyal. If you don’t meet those criteria, they’ll still provide their services with a smile of course, but might help themselves to your wallet while you’re there. The Valley of Fire Ferals / The Backwoods Convoy
Two tribes newly combined into one.The Valley of Fire Ferals are a tribe that banded together as orphaned children following the fallout. Raised by Red Wolves and each other, the Ferals originated in the rust stained canyons of what was once known as Southern Nevada. They worship three deities: The Wolf Mother, Goddess of Valhalla and She who Ignites their Candles' Flames; The Night Feaster, God of Purgatory; And The Umbral Death, God of Hel, who keeps the Ferals on the move. Their goals: To provide light in the dark, to liberate any who may find themselves bound, to offer peace where it's been long forgotten, and to bring green where the land may want...
The Backwoods Convoy is a roving gang of outcasts, ex-raiders, witches, and overall less than wholesome nomadic folk. They hail from Oregon, having holed up in a decrepit old theme park after the bombs fell.
